FARE-Cle believes transportation is essential to allow all<\/strong> adults access to work and community activities regardless of financial means or disability. It is our mission to provide an individualized transportation service to help Riders with unique needs move closer to independence, community inclusion, and self-empowerment. We do so by providing individuals ages 16 and older the opportunity to find a trained and vetted driver if they are unable to drive themselves. \u00a0<\/p>\n

We make it simple by recruiting, pre-screening, and training drivers. \u00a0We check background and driving records. In addition, all drivers must have experience or training with diverse populations of individuals \u00a0before they become a potential driver for you or your family member.<\/p>\n

After you register with us and tell us your driving needs, FARE-Cle will provide you with the names and contact information of the Drivers who are available at the times you need them. \u00a0You will take it from there….<\/p>\n

Please note:<\/strong>\u00a0 We do not provide Non-medical transportation (NMT) through Medicaid nor do we drive to schools or day programs. Our transportation is intended to provide rides to community activities or work when other transportation is not useful or available.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Fare-Cle \u00a0was founded in 2017 by Debbie Picker. As a former Intervention Specialist and mother of two children with Down syndrome, Debbie understands the time needed to ensure that everyone is engaged and active in the community at all stages of life. <\/em>\u00a0 She developed FARE-Cle in response.<\/em><\/p>\n
